After 30 days, all purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated refund requests after extensive use of the content).

6. Digital Content & EU Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a program, you gain immediate access to digital content. If you are located in the European Union, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, by purchasing and accessing our programs immediately, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee, which remains fully applicable.
